What is a Job Credit?

A job credit allows you to publish one job posting for 30 days. Job credits do not expire on our site and remain available in your account until you use them. If you consider purchasing more credits for future use, you can do so confidently.

How Job Credits Work
1. Posting a Job
Each job posting uses one job credit and remains active for 30 days.
2. Reopening a Closed Job
If you close the vacancy early, you can reopen it within the same 30-day period without using an additional credit.
Example: If you post a job on January 1st and close it on January 15th, you can reopen it any time before January 30th without consuming another credit.
3. Renewing a Job Posting
If a job posting expires, you can renew it, which will consume another job credit.
Example: If a job expires on January 30th, you can renew it for another 30 days by using one more job credit.

The price per job post varies depending on the number of job posts you purchase at once.

Subscription Plans

If you regularly post multiple vacancies and would like to purchase a subscription, please contact us at sales@jobhound.mt. Indicate your average monthly number of vacancies, and we will provide you with a customized quote.

How to Purchase

Directly on the Website

You can purchase job credits directly on our site using a credit card. You will receive an invoice and receipt automatically upon purchase.

To purchase job credits on the website:
1. Click the “Buy more posts” button

2. In the pop-up window, select the number of job credits you need and click “Buy”.

3. You will be redirected to the payment window.

* Don’t forget to check the box indicating you represent a business and enter your VAT number correctly.

4. After entering your details and clicking “Pay”, you may be redirected to a payment confirmation page. Once the payment is confirmed, the credits will be added to your account immediately, and you can start posting vacancies.

Via Bank Transfer

You can also email us at sales@jobhound.mt with your request for a specific number of job credits or a custom package. We will then send you an invoice for payment via bank transfer. Please include the following details:

– Company Name
– Company Address
– Company VAT Number (if applicable)

1. How do I check my current job credit balance?
   Your job credit balance is always displayed in the top right corner.

2. Can I transfer my job credits to another account?
   No, job credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account that purchased them.
3. What happens if I need more job credits than I initially purchased?
   You can purchase additional job credits anytime through our website or by contacting our sales team.
4. What if I start creating a job posting but don’t have any job credits?
   No problem. You can save your job post as draft, and after obtaining the job credits, proceed with publishing.
